Stenciling
-
Custom Name
Painting your company name, or a name of your client's choice, on the springs is a great way to boost brand recognition. Clients can find the name on the spring and share it with others, helping to spread the word about your business.

Phone Number
Stenciling your phone number on the springs, whether you're an independent contractor or an installer for a company, is an excellent way to drive repeat business. When the springs have served their time, customers will be able to easily spot your number and know exactly who to call for future needs.
IMPORTANT:
Custom stenciling is available for a one-time $20 setup fee. After that, it’s free on every order.
Length Adjustments
As the manufacturer, we have the ability to fully customize the length of your springs, something many other companies don’t offer. While we do carry standard stock sizes, we can also cut springs to your exact specifications, ensuring the perfect fit for any door. This customization is just one of the many reasons why choosing us makes all the difference.
Powder Coating
We offer powder coating for springs, with a wide range of color options to choose from. This customizable finish allows you to match your company's brand or meet your client's preferences. It gives your springs a unique look, making them stand out while adding a personalized touch.
Powder coating is available with a minimum order of 50 springs.

Packaging
Bagging
If you’re concerned about the springs being exposed to the elements during transit, particularly if they’ll be stored in a transport vehicle for an extended period, we can individually bag and seal each spring to help prevent oxidation, rust, and exposure to the elements. Please note, this service is only necessary under these conditions and is available for an additional fee.
Palletizing
We offer customized stacking and organization options for the springs to fit what works best for you. If you'd like, we can separate the left-hand and right-hand wound springs, putting each on its own pallet. We can also stack the springs in a specific way so that all the cones face the same direction, instead of our standard criss-cross pattern.
