We do not accept returns on any orders — including due to incorrect sizing, product selection, or change of mind. All sales are final.

Because garage door springs are precision parts with specific size requirements, it’s important to confirm all measurements and specifications before placing your order. If you’re unsure which springs you need, we strongly recommend contacting us prior to purchasing. We’re happy to help guide you through the selection process to ensure you order the correct items.

Incorrectly ordered products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once the order is placed.

Order Accuracy & Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that:

• The correct spring type, size, and configuration is selected

• The shipping address is entered accurately at checkout

• The products are installed by a qualified professional

We do not accept liability for delays, damages, or product issues caused by improper installation, incorrect product selection, or misuse.

Warranty

All of our springs are covered by a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If a spring fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship within 90 days of the delivery date, we will issue a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.

This warranty does not cover:

• Springs installed incorrectly or under tension improperly

• Damage caused by improper handling or use

• Wear and tear from normal operation

• Springs ordered in the wrong size or configuration

• Springs that break after the 90-day period

• Freight

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please email us at orders@americanspring.com with the following details:

• Your order number

• A detailed description of the issue

• Clear photos or video showing the product and the defect

All warranty claims must be submitted within 90 days of receiving your order. We may require inspection or further verification before a replacement or refund is issued.
