WHAT WIRE DO YOU USE ?

At American Spring, Inc., we source all of our wire from U.S. mills.

HOW MANY CYCLES DOES EACH SPRING HAVE?

Each spring is designed to have up to 10,000 cycles. To maintain 10,000 cycles, the replacement springs need to have identical wire size, inside diameter, and length. If it doesn't last 10,000 cycles, its due to improper installation, wrong wire size, inside diameter, and length.

ARE YOUR SPRINGS GALVANIZED OR OIL-TEMPERED?

All of our springs are oil-tempered. We use high carbon ASTM 229 Class 2 oil-tempered wire.

DO YOU SELL TORSION OR EXTENSION SPRINGS?

We manufacture and sell both torsion and one-piece extension springs.

DO I HAVE TO BE AN INSTALLER TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT?

Yes, we only grant accounts to verified installers, wholesalers, and manufacturers. We do not permit accounts to homeowners or DIYers. We verify every application manually.

DO I NEED TO LOG IN TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Yes. You must be logged into your approved account to view pricing and place orders.

HOW LONG DOES ACCOUNT APPROVAL TAKE?

Most accounts are approved within 1-3 business days.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship throughout the continental U.S.—that is, all states except Alaska and Hawaii. For international orders or shipments requiring ocean freight, customers will need to arrange their own shipping. WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

All springs ship from our facility 321 W 135th St, Los Angeles, CA 99061. Transit times vary depending on your location.

IS SHIPPING INCLUDED?

Shipping is not included. It has to be calculated by distance, weight, liftgate, and appointment.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Bulk orders or custom springs take 10 business days.

CAN I CUSTOM ORDER SPRINGS?

Yes, as a manufacturer, we have the ability to customize the spring's wire size, inside diameter, and length.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, with your account you are able to access details about your previous orders as well as track where your current order is.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, ACH, wire transfers, etc. Net terms are available for approved wholesale accounts.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?

No minimums for standard orders. Pallet pricing starts at 200 springs.

CAN I REORDER PAST PURCHASES?

Yes. Your order history is saved in your account dashboard for quick reordering.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

DO YOU ALLOW RETURNS?

At this time, we do not accept returns for incorrectly ordered springs. Please double-check your measurements and specifications before placing an order.

If your order arrives damaged, we’re happy to send a replacement at no cost. Just contact us with your order number and a photo of the damage so we can make it right.

CAN I EXCHANGE A SPRING FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?

No. Because all springs are made to spec, we do not offer exchanges for sizing errors.
