Shipping
Small Orders (8 pairs or fewer):
Orders of 8 pairs or fewer ship via FedEx Express using flat-rate pricing based on box size. Rates are calculated automatically at checkout. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.
Large Orders (Over 8 pairs):
Orders exceeding 8 pairs will be shipped via freight carrier. After you place your order, we will contact you with a freight quote. Your order will not be charged or shipped until the freight cost is approved and paid.
International & Offshore Orders (e.g., Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico):
We do not offer international or offshore shipping. If you're outside the continental U.S., you must coordinate your own freight shipping. Contact us before placing an order for coordination details.
Returns & Warranty
We do not accept returns on any orders, including due to incorrect sizing or product selection. All sales are final.
However, all springs are backed by a 90-day limited warranty. If a spring breaks due to a manufacturing defect within 90 days of purchase, we will replace or refund the product.

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or video of the product
We reserve the right to verify all warranty claims before issuing replacements or refunds.
